W.H Demmons’ HVAC Division is a full service design-build-maintain engineering company offering a broad range of heating and air conditioning services to residential, commerical, industrial and marine customers.

In 1994, Maine Air Conditioning,which was originally founded in 1974, merged with W.H Demmons. Maine Air Conditioning now operates as the HVAC division under W.H Demmons. Since 1986, W.H Demmons’ HVAC division has sought to expand its services to include plan and spec projects.

W.H Demmons HVAC has proved itself to be a leader in innovation and technology.  In 1992, Demmons completed its first geothermal building and since then has been the forerunner in design and build geothermal construction in New England, having completed numerous geothermal projects such as office buildings, banks, inns, halls and class facilities. W.H Demmons’ HVAC division works closely with each client to ensure energy efficient products, air quality, reliability and monetary savings.

Demmons HVAC specializes in commercial and industrial refridgeration; air conditioning; heating using oil, natural gas, LP gas, heat pumps, steam and hot water; air movement; humidification; de-humidification; controls; and residential HVAC/R.
