W.H. Demmons’ Roofing Division (Demmons Roofing) is the oldest business unit of W.H. Demmons, and has been installing quality commercial roofs since 1914 . We are a Design-Build as well as Plan & Spec roofing contractor, specializing in energy efficient designs which will reduce costs to commercial and high end residential customers.

We offer same day service to leak call customers and service many local Property Managers.

Our construction staff offers installation of quality commercial roofing materials. In 2007, W.H. Demmons Roofing received the “Master Contractor” Quality Award winning applicator of Duro-Last “Cool Roof” membrane, as well as Firestone Building Products EPDM and UniClad (Standing Seam Metal) roofing systems.

W.H. Demmons Roofing Division also boasts a highly experienced sheet metal crew for standing seam and flat seam copper, aluminum, and galvanized metal roof installations. To be able to provide our customers with on-site fabrication of our standing seam roofs, we recently purchased a Schlebach Quadro Plus pan former.
